Riehle Select Popcorn wants you to try this crunchy, nutty tasting popcorn. It has a brilliant deep red kernel, which pops into brilliant white popcorn. As nature dries it to the moisture for popping, the kernel becomes a deeper and deeper red. After popping it holds more anthocyanin & cyanidin than yellow popcorn.  These components are know to have high antioxidant activity.  So it is healthier!  This is one of our more popular popcorn varieties.
